YOUR STRATEGY CALL
First of all, CONGRATS on being an action taker and booking in your strategy call with me! You should have now received your zoom call information via the calendly email and be ready to go!
Now, you are probably feeling a little nervous perhaps, rather than excited about what to expect.
Don’t worry, this is completely normal!
Hopefully after you explore below, you will feel slightly more at ease with what is to come!
Housekeeping rules:
I want you to get the upmost out of our short time together – in order to do so I would be grateful if you could please do the following:
Please block this time out in your diary! My time is precious as is yours – therefore this way we can avoid any double bookings etc.
Please ensure you are in a quiet place with no distractions and if possible you could be at a laptop ideally. This is because the call will take place over zoom and I usually tend to share information on my screen, it might be difficult to do this on a phone screen.
Please come to the call with any pre-loaded questions you may have so I can get them covered in the call so you can therefore leave the call knowing everything you need to in order to join the online coaching service that I offer.
What can you expect from the call?
SO the call is typically run as follows:
You will go ahead and tell me where you are at, what is working, what is not working and where you would like to be and what barriers you have to achieving your fitness goals.
We will then come up with some solutions together on how to move forwards on your fitness journey.
We will then both decide whether we would be a good fit working together and I will show you how my coaching programme works, if it is for you – great! We will get you started immediately. If not.. no problem at all! You will still have a game plan that you can move forward with once you leave the call!

No, you’re going to start noticing changes in yourself within the first 14-21 days. After that, it will become more amplified as time goes on, with the most dramatic changes happening between 8-12 weeks. By being patient & consistent you will achieve great results.

If you can allocate at least 3 x 30 minute workouts per week, less that 1% of your entire week – you will see strong changes. Everythng on our programme works around the time you can allocate!

:No – most of my clients have achieved insane results without the need for the gym!

No – we can still get results incorporating the foods you enjoy. Tupperware chicken and broccoli is off the menu!

This programme will cost you less than others spend on 2 PT sessions per week, where the trainer is more interested in their Instagram feed than the client in front of them.
Although, the real question should be: How much are you going to save by never having to sign up to another FAD diet or supplement trend again? How much do you value having the knowledge and skills to apply all of this to yourself once we have stopped working together?
It is my personal mission that when someone decides to work with me, they will never have to hire another coach again.
